What is your return policy?

We have a 7-days return policy for instock jewelry, not including discounted purchases.

You can choose to receive a refund of:

  • 100% the amount of return value in credits.
  • 95% the amount of return value in your original mode of payment. 5% will be deducted due to the non-refundable transactional fee incurred with Shopify.

All items that are custom-engraved, customized, made-to-order, pre-ordered or bought on discount are not eligible for a return at any time and are final sale.

Flash Bracelets and Ring Sizer Kits are non-returnable and non-refundable.

To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unworn, in its original condition
- Have no signs of wear or damage
- In its original packaging.

The return window begins from the day your jewelry was delivered to your doorstep, do contact us within the first 7 days. The return shipping fee will be borne by the customer, you may select your choice of shipping. A trackable mode of return is highly recommended as we will not be liable for a lost return-package.

Your original shipping fee (if any incurred at your check-out) is non-refundable. Should the returned item not meet the above return guidelines, Holly Gray has the right to deny a return and have the item re-shipped to customers.

Can I do an exchange?

We can do an exchange of sizes and styles, subject to availability. The window for exchange is 7 days, starting from the day your jewelry was delivered to your doorstep.

The return shipping fee will be borne by the customer, you may select your choice of shipping. A trackable mode of return is highly recommended as we will not be liable for a lost return-package.

If the exchange style is smaller in value, the remaining refundable value will follow our return policy, you can choose to receive a refund of:

  • 100% the amount of return value in credits.
  • 95% the amount of return value in your original mode of payment. 5% will be deducted due to the non-refundable transactional fee incurred with Shopify.

Your original shipping fee (if any) is non-refundable and there will be an additional S$3.80 local delivery cost incurred in sending out the new exchange item.

I changed my mind, can I cancel my order?

We accept cancellations of instock pieces within 8 hours.

Rush orders cannot be cancelled, as they have been dispatched as quickly as possible at your request.

All items that are custom-engraved, customized, made-to-order or pre-ordered are not eligible for cancellation, or return, at any time and are final sale.

I changed my mind, can I refuse my shipment?

If you choose to refuse the delivery of your order, either to avoid duties /taxes or if you changed your mind, do note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable. Best is you inform us about your order cancellation within 8 hours to avoid the delivery cost.

Any duty or tax incurred by us on receipt of the order will also be deducted from the amount refunded to you.

All items that are custom-engraved, customized or made-to-order are not eligible for cancellation, or return, at any time and are final sale. If you choose to refuse this delivery, we cannot refund you and can only arrange for a redelivery at your cost.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
