Does my purchase come with a warranty?
For 6 months from the date of purchase from our website, we will take care of your product if any damage to the workmanship impedes the functionality of your jewelry.
Our fine jewelry are handcrafted and sometimes human error can occur. Such defects usually occur within the first few times the piece is worn. Contact us and we will arrange for your piece to be fixed.
The warranty does not cover resizing, lost items, lost stones, scratches that come with normal wear and tear (like a bent ring or snapping of chain from impact), improper use or storage of your product or any modification to your product done by a third party outside of Holly Gray.
If your jewelry breaks outside the warranty period, we will be able to fix your jewelry at a minimum crafter’s fee.
If you have received your jewelry as a gift, please provide the original order information (email address or order number) so that we can assist you.
Do you provide resizing services?
Yes for Holly Gray jewelry pieces. Resizing is not covered under warranty. There will be a crafter's fee and shipping costs involved in resizing. The price will vary depending on the modification.
This will depend on the design of your ring, as some shanks cannot be resized. We can only resize half sizes minimally, and are unable to do quarter sizes.
We are most likely able to shorten a chain, but lengthening will depend on availability.
Can I send my piece back for engraving?
Yes for Holly Gray jewelry pieces. There will be a crafter's fee and shipping costs involved. The price will vary depending on the modification.
